I didn't want to bite on this, but then I started to wonder too and then it just ended up bugging me....
But I THINK it was in the first episode, when she's at the bridge and then Naota shows up right before the first time Canti pops out of his head.
Anddd...I THINK it showed up on her cigarettes every time after that (I don't have proof of this, I've been searching around like crazy though, thanks a lot. )
