Itachi just happened to be smarter than Bee and Naruto [not the hardest requirement to fulfill, but...] and the right sealing jutsu.

i don't know what you exactly mean, but i think light just happened to pick up the death note and had connections to the police? :unsure:
or Near just happened to be smart and grew up in a certain orphanage?

I mean that's how he beat Pain. Naruto got lucky the last time, couldn't get lucky again. Also, as you can see, Naruto saw him sucking up the ninjutsu [one would have thought he knew that already after fighting Pain once] and then he Rasegan's him. Bee was just as useless, just charging in like it was nobody's business.

Itachi stayed back, used the right justsu, destroyed the gravity thing and sealed Pain away. Got it?

No, what I'm saying is, Itachi was the only one of the three of them that could match up to Pain. I'm actually neutral on him.

I hate people who don't ask straight up and start bashing things you like. When did I even insert Death Note into the discussion? That's very naive, IMHO. If you don't get it, ask, that's not a sin. Jeez.

Meh, its cool and all to see Itachi in a good light (I lol'd when he called out Naruto on his over exaggeration).

Though, hes already dead <_<, and chances are will be dead again soon. I'm just hoping theres a final Sasuke V Itachi fight. (Mainly because i want to see Sasuke get mentally raped even more)

I'll be more excited to FINALLY see Kakashi rampaging (With Zabuza's sword to add), and some more Konoha 12 action. (Seeing as the series revolves around Naruto and Sasuke so much lately)

Nah, I'm cool...

Moving on... Yeah, I am basically salivating in anticipation of Kakashi pwning everything that moves. The guy gets held back too much, even with his reputation preceeeding him, so we never really see him go all-out. Pretty sure I've never seen him lose control before [other than maybe when he tried to take Orochimaru in the Chuunin selection? Gottta admit that was a little foolhardy of him].

ahh, right! i forgot about kakashi getting his hands on zabuza's sword.

i've forgotten a lot about naruto.

Its so hard to cling to little details like Kakashi getting Zabuza's sword.. I don't even remember it.. Wasn't it in the posseson of the water guy that allied with Sasuke?
