Well I've been trying to make loads of money to get the 3DS at launch (too early, 3 months left I know) and I guess I'm really overexcited.
Starting from scratch, I made $350 in 3 days!
(That's more than the 3DS's price! )
Here's how:
I go to my room, and do some organizing. I put my valuable junk on one side, and my useless junk on the other.
I get rid of my useless junk, and get my camera.
I started picturing all my valuable junk and posted ads of them online for people to buy.
I sold 4 things:
-My old laptop: It sucked, and had no graphics card in it. It was an ASUS Ee PC. 0.9 GB ram, an 8GB hard disk and it had Windows XP loaded on it. It does have Wi-Fi though. I sold it for $75 bucks 2 minutes literally after I put the ad.
-PSP bundled with 5 games: I hate PSP, it's crap. Mine was a 1000. I know it's mod-able but I need a pandora battery (latest firmware) which I didn't have nor did I think was worth getting/making. Sold for $100. It took like 2 days for someone to call me and come pick it up.
-PLEO from Ugobe life forms: PLEO is a really high-tech toy and all. I think most of you know it. If you don't, let me explain: Basically, it's a robotic dinosaur that can see you, recognize you, walk around, be your pet and all... It's really cool and all and like if you put it on a table it won't fall off (it sees the edge). One problem though, I feel like it's soo.... basic. If I kiss it for example, it closes it's eyes and makes a squeaky sound like he's shy or something. But I get that reaction from him when I do like 100 other things. He'll react exactly the same way if I petted him for example. I think that we're not advanced enough to make something that feels 100% real. So yeah I sold it for $150 and it took 2 days.
-Cheap broken Motorola: Well it's pretty clear. It's just some cheap phone my friend forgot at my house. She told me I can trash it cause she doesn't want it. (She got an iPhone) It was in terrible condition really. Scratches everywhere and constant lagging. Sold for a good $27. It took 3 days.
So yeah
I'll use my spare money to buy a 3DS game + Pokemon Black (hopefully with its guide too)
And like maybe after tomorrow I'll sell my DSi and maybe I can afford another 3DS game!
So tell me guys: Are you hyped over the 3DS? Will you get it? If yes, pre-ordered, at launch, or late?
Also, tell me which game (or two, depends) to get when I first get my 3DS
