copy and pasted this from a message i sent in a discord server I'm in because i wanted to share my opinions on windows 11!! >:,]
Windows 11 is just.. not good. Y'know. Isnt the whole point of an upgrade to make my experience as a user more easy? Less complicated?
The whole upgrade was glorified by the "oh wowie you can play android games on it anddddd it runs so smoothly too~~" now, its important to mention here, my computer surpasses the average hardware requirements for this OS yet im still experiencing a god awful amount of bugs,
Not to mention how much storage windows 11 takes up. So How can this be considered an upgrade when it makes the user experience worse?
TLDR: Windows 11 sucks because it puts fancy GUI over performance
I'm considering switching to Linux Mint Cinnamon, but i don't really know where to start because my drivers arent compatible with linux and I'm yet to find replacements.. <:v
(my laptop is an MSI GF63 Thin, I've heard there are issues with overheating if i use linux which is the only issue that's stopping me from switching.. :,])
