2 tips cold shower at least 10 min i mean ice cold !!! stop taking warm showers is not good for your health incl mental and emotional health ,and you also need a good multi vitamine like solgar with extra magnesium ! also watch out with sugar and koffie makes you les relaxt !!! start taking cold showers asap after couple of weeks you wil feel allot better !! i wil never stop taking cold showers iam 34 now i started last year and i love it :)
