Bad experience outside EoF on GBATemp

That guy...
I was simply asking for an estimate on how much i could sell my laptop because I'm leaving college
And then, that guy arrived...
He started to insult me because I left college
He said that only losers leave college
after telling him he had no right to judge me, he began insulting me on my taste
"what? not enough furries?" that he said
I told him that I'm mentally disabled and that not every disabled person can succeed at college
Since then, no answer, no apologies, nothing

That guy...

Then, surprised he hanst been suspended or banned thus far, considering than flaming, insulting and starting aggresive behavior is angaist gbatemp's rules. Mods should really start to put their shit togheter and start suspending accounts that attemps to encourage violence instead of focusing so much on offtopic posts such as shitposts (i mean, there are stuff that are more important, that require attention and actions than others...)

When I shitpost, I do it in EoF
when I make joke outside of it, I make sure it's still on topic
but insulting freely? outside eof? aggressivly?
that's not what I expect of that site :(

It's best not to share any personal information regarding state of mind or reasons for anything on the internet. As seen people will abuse that knowledge just to rustle your jimmies'. Next time just say you're selling a laptop without any reason other than that's a choice you made. It's none of our business anyway what you do in your life time.

I can say that I'm living in Quebec City for now, but will move back to Laval soon, but as long as I dont give my exact adress, I will feel safe enough ;)

By all means if you want to share things about your life go ahead but expect people to take advantage of that just to be mean. I was just throwing in some advice.

Oh my gosh people were mean? On the internet!? I'm shocked, truly.

But really, regardless of what occurred, the best thing to do is to report the comment, and move on. Don't talk back, don't talk about it. Because then, when you make a blog post like this, you fall into the trap of being bothered by their comment, which is exactly what they wanted, which then just perpetuates more crap that doesn't need to be.
