Someone here mentioned this one the other day, yeah?

EDIT: Two of my favorites -

Apparently this one can be used to 'unlock' the 2/3DS....I plan to learn how it's done....

EDIT:

(Hey, how do I add pics to reply messages, anyhow? "Insert image url"? No 'upload a file' prompting my pics to pop up?)

Migles - It'll likely be hitting my swap/sale thread. As per site rules, I've got to wait until I hit 100 posts before I'm able to fully access that area.

I think I have a copy stashed somewhere myself. It wasn't received very well from I can recall, but I actually enjoyed it.

WiiUBricker - Yeah, man, I found this sealed copy a few years ago and just never bothered with it. Wifey (sort of) collects GC games, but she doesn't want this one.

Also: Your avatar; the square/dorky guy from The Fresh Prince? lol

Thanks, migles. That other guy (cat wearing glasses) left me a tutorial/link, as well. I might give it a go, but I've got a feeling that I'd definitely fuck it up somehow.

I never cared for the 3DS, I've been using a 2DS for Resident Evil.

@Old
2ds or 3ds are the same thing, it's the exact same console but in a different shape and without the 3D screen. the same tutorial for the 3ds is the same one for the 2ds.
use that guide it's the "definitive" one that is always updated. and it's the one everyone should use.
don't rely in youtube videos, thoose usually come outdated after a while..

Thanks, man. I’ll try it soon. What’s the worse that can happen other than a bricked 2DS, am I right?

@Old yeah, but a brick is very unlikely. Just don't install random programs and run stuff from untrusted sources, DON'T WRITE TO YOUR FIRM PARTITIONS (basically in GodMode9 don't unlock Red permission level) and in general be careful, and you'll probably be fine.

BlueFox gui - I dunno much about it, other than seeing it pictured in a magazine years ago. Apparently it has it's fans. (shrug)

@Old bricks can be recovered if you use a DS flashcart flashed.. the consoles have a glitch in the boot that can be exploited to boot it from an sd card. so if you brick it you are safe either way

since you have a 2ds you don't even need a magnet for the exploit

Migles - Ah, right on. Speaking of bricks, I just found my original sexy silver PSP 3000.....she's bricked. :(

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
