Hmm, maybe next time?

Hello, and welcome to another blog from the one and only proflayton123!

So, depression sucks a lot and I'm feeling really down lately, my meds aren't doing as much use as they did do, I'm kinda sick and tired of doing the same stuff each day, everything feels utterly crap. Mental health sucks a lot, why can't we just be ok.

Friends and family help a lot but no one truly understands how your mind works.


So, how's your day going?

something really usefull against depression is just to go outside and take a sunbath
that's helping a lot more if you feel sun heat on your skin

Probably should do, have to out at some point today anyway, the weather in England is gross rn said to be coldest week of this month lel

i feel almost the same way you do , i am though hopeful that we will get through these difficult times.

Can you try new stuff? maybe join a club at school?


I'm /fine/ Forgotten again in life, but hey, I'd like to say i'm used to this by now
