@drenal well, I could blame @sanic instead if you want me to since he did mention the creepy Sonic fanbase as well...

I hope that's the only similarity to DBZ Xenoverse it has.

Sonic Forces is something that I don't want to see fail. I remember the days of being a hardcore sonic fan and wanting to see Unleashed get 9/10s because I thought it was such a "pretty" game it took away from the atrocious werehog moments.

But, knowing SEGA, it's probably not got much going for it. I'm willing to give it a try if SEGA will offer a code, but I'm not hopeful.

(Also using Polygon as a metric is laughable. Polygon is worse than IGN)

@chary I only trust gbatemp staff members that review Mario Odyssey and Zelda breath of the wild for reviews. At least they're honest!

@SANIC we have to let @chary play the best Sonic games though before she plays forces by making her play either Sonic 06 or Sonic omochao edition!

Sonic Boomed and Sonic Erazor are excellent rage rom hacks that are good

Review code situation looking bleak. Potentially having to pay money for this game looking bleaker. Time to reevaluate my life choices.

I think the game looks freaking awesome. I've been excited for it since I heard about it. That 5 review score on Polygon got me worried but I read it all and it still seems like I'll enjoy it.
