My dreams are fading away

A few weeks ago, when I slept, I was always able to clearly remember my dreams. However, lately, I have only been able to remember what happened right before I wake up. I don't know why this is happening, and I'm genuinely worried. Help

as soon as i read the title I thought that you meant life dreams, as in like your dream job or something like that. I shouldn't be too worried about your situation rn. that happens to me too, I eventually remember them even tho most of my dreams are shitty

It means your sleeping better, so I wouldn't worry to much. The deeper your sleep, the less you consciously remember. dreaming is a way for our subconscious to problem solve; even if you can't consciously remember your dream, your subconscious does.

It's a double edged sword.

Surely it's great to remember, but there are disturbing dreams I can't seem to forget, and they're haunting.

its because you aren't paying attention to what you dreamed about when you wake up

we forget our dreams within 10 minutes of waking up if we don't actively try to remember what they were about. it's usually based on stuff you did that day so i just think about yesterday when i wake up then im able to trigger a memory

    Only thing drive me crazy is all these new horror games nowadays is its so dark, all time. I can't even play them. I understand they trying to create spooky but be creative a little, not just darkness with pop out scare scenes.
