Hopefully someone can help me. I get a -1017 error when I run pretty much any homebrew, and when I search how to solve the error, all the programs needed give me 1017 errors. I have any region changer, and one of my settings is MPAL instead of NTSC (im in US), and that must be the problem. The thing is, when i try to save my changes, it won't let me. Also, I can't downgrade using ARC either. I have the latest fw from nintendo. Any help is appreciated.
