With fears of what the eshop closing will mean for many digital only 3DS and Wii U games, it got me thinking about the current gaming landscape and what we already can't play anymore. It could be an official AAA title, or even a flash game you once loved, whatever it is, what's a great game or gaming related experience that you can no longer experience today that was your favorite? I'll get the ball rolling with an obvious choice, Super Mario Bros 35. That was a fantastic battle royale take on a classic game for the Switch, that honestly could be broken pretty easily, I'm not the greatest Mario player, but I got first in that shit more times than I can remember, meanwhile I still haven't gotten better than second in Tetris 99. I don't see why it had to end while Tetris 99 and Pac-Man 99 can continue to live on. I have a copy of Super Mario 3D All-Stars, so I'm not missing out on that one, but I can see how that might make someone's list. I also miss, though it's not a game, TVii on the Wii U, that was a fun way to make even the process of watching TV (and especially sporting events) all the more engaging. It's funny how the Xbone pushed TV has such a big part of it's capabilities, but didn't offer anything as unique and engaging as TVii could be within the platform. But I digress, I've clearly limited my scope to Nintendo experiences, but that's just because I'm a big ole Nintendo fanboy, I'm certain other games and experiences can be found elsewhere. Regardless, what titles fit this bill for you and why?
Is funny to see people start a gofundme for silly shit like a new game system, and then see them get free money, then think, not so funny after all.
