What are current working cheat menu or NTR cheats for Animal Crossing New Leaf?

I did found one at https://github.com/RedShyGuy/Vapecord-ACNL-Plugin but i seem cant open menu?

Please let me know what are current working cheats for ACNL

Haven't test it but there is another one called ACNL-NTR-Cheats.

is it possible for live save editing to be done?

Vapecord should work, just make sure you're using the Luma from Vapecord's ZIP file/Vapecord's Universal-Updater entry. It might also work with other cheat Luma forks, but it won't work with the official version.

You also need to turn on the plugin loader in the Rosalina menu it seems, as per the installation instructions.

I had to use Luma CFW with plugin support. then I got vapecord working.
