I just modded the switch lite yesterday and all was working fine including the touchscreen. I powered it down via the power button but when I went to turn it back on, touchscreen would not work on hekate menu. I deleted nyx.bin to use volume controls and enter into atmosphere and OFW but touchscreen still does not work. Testing device input setting cannot sense the taps. I was very careful on modchip installation and reassembly so I don't think I messed anything up. I have already tried recopying all the hekate, sigpatch, atmosphere files. Another note, the modchip I purchased in November uses SX OS for some reason. Do I need to update that to the NX firmware?

There was a previous post on reddit about using autoRCM but I don't think that works with the Switch Lite.

Nothing during an uneventful mod would impact the screen. This is not a software issue. You’ve shorted, cut, splattered or loosened something. Would start at the screen connectors and work backward.

E: some detailed pics of your install will help us out immensely w/ remote troubleshooting.

Oh without a doubt. Pull up a comfy chair and your favorite magnifying glass. This is going to be the most rousing game of hunt the wumpus you’ve ever played.
Hey mate, I took off the back cover and heatspreader just to check the area but not looks damaged or disconnected. Now out of curiosity, I tested the switch without the back plates and touchscreen worked on the emmunand without issue. So I think something is getting crimped or contacting an area it shouldn't. Is it possibly the micro USB debug port?

Wow…we got lucky! Yes, you’re going to have to try closing it up and see what binds or creases or otherwise goes where it’s not supposed to.

On another note, now that I have it open, is it better to update the SX OS that is on there?I bought an HWFly from aliexpress so I don't quite know why it has SX OS on it. Is there stepped guide on how to do it? Last thing I want to do is brick this.
