I already tried that but it didn't work. I will try reformatting the card and copying things over from the memory card to the sd card from within vitashell. I noticed some of my directories changed from lowercase to uppercase when copying via Windows and ftp, so maybe some file permissions got messed up or something. EDIT: Ok now it works again even when booting from SD card. The solution was to erase everything on the SD card that I copied using ftp and Windows. Then I mounted the empty sd card as uma0: and used Vitashell to copy everything from ux0: (memorycard) to uma0: (sd card). It took about 5 hours because I have a 64 GB memorycard. I had to plugin the power supply to make sure the Vita doesn't die while copying. Then I changed the gamesd plugin to the one where it mounts the sd card as ux0: on bootup. Now all the roms are working. My theory is that when I copied files via ftp and windows, even though I made sure I copied all hidden and system files, some file attributes got messed up or something. The copy was not exact. For example, some folder names changed from lowercase to UPPERCASE, indicating that it was not an exact copy. Also, I had to update database on reboot and had to refresh livearea because some bubbles were missing when I booted from the SD card. On the other hand, after copying everything via Vitashell using only the Vita itself, I seem to have created an exact copy of the folders and files onto the SD card. For example all the cases of filenames are the same, I did not have to refresh database or livearea, etc.
only ps5 updated to latest firmware can go on psn, jailbroken ones just don't use psn or they risk getting flagged or banned, altho spouting profanity in online play alredy does that

What's the point of video games? Kids playing video games won't be as hardened as the previous ones getting shoved down a hillside.
