Gaming Rare Replay/Perfect Dark Saves Question

Hello guys. I have an Xbox One and have Rare Replay digital game on it (X360 Game) and it has Perfect Dark and Perfect Dark Zero. Anyway, I remember that if you have a PDZ save on Profile, it unlocks some Cheats in PD. This is my first time playing X360 games on my X1. Do X360 game saves to cloud? I was unable to select any other storage location for X360 game saves. I accidently deleted/overrote the cloud saves for PDZ and PD. After loading PD again, I noticed all cheats were gone. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated
