What is really nice in Zelda-like games in particular is that having the items in the d-pad directions (which correspond to X,Y,Z & B) means you can use them really fast and intuitively with naggers config.</li> </ul> <ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><em><strong><span style="color: #0000ff">Simpler in control games</span></strong></em> like <strong>Super Monkey Ball 1 & 2, Sonic Adventure 2, Ikaruga, Chaos Field </strong>etc also perform superbly!</li> </ul> <ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><span style="color: #0000ff"><strong>For fps games</strong></span>, i tested <strong>Timesplitters 2, Timesplitters 3 & Die Hard. </strong>While ΝC tilt <em>does</em> work (i beat the first two levels of Timesplitters 3 on hard and a couple of normal bots on Free for All DM), it is not as fast as default GC controller, contrary to the games mentioned above. Now before someone says ''what did you expect?'' i point them to the text below. Keep in mind, <strong>this is only an issue for FPS games where camera usage is really intensive and must be fast and precise. Otherwise, current naggers config works GREAT.</strong></li> </ul><p><strong>Last but not least, i make use of in game custom control mapping whenever a game allows it. </strong></p><p>This is helpful in configs like the default where X or Y are located in 1 & 2 buttons, not instantly reachable. For example,in Timesplitters 3 i have wiimote A as aim, wiimote B as shoot (like a regular wii fps).</p><p> </p><p>All in all, I can see NC & wiimote mapping be inadequate only in games like MGS where the controls are cumbersome by default. If wiimote IR (or even tilt though it is not as precise as IR) was used, it would be much more intuitive in fps games due to seeing your right arm on screen would make more sense to respond to your right hand motion (wiimote).</p><p> </p><p>Anyways, point is i tested about 40+ games and i honestly am ecstatic that naggers config works like i hoped it would (bar competitive fps games), very very good and certainly is a legit option, for me at least.
