I'm having problems loading wii games from USB. I used this guide to softmod my system / threads/ how-to-softmod-a-wii-and-play-backup-wii-gamecube-and-wiiware-games. 360687/

The games were backed up using wiibackupmanager, and I'm trying to load them through usbloader GX. The console either reboots, or freezes. The guide says something about emuNand and wiiware, but I've just been trying to load the games through the launcher. After looking through a bunch of posts I figure that there is probably something wrong with my cios but I'm at a complete loss. If I am Fubar, would this guide help ? - completesg / backup-launchers / installation -
Any Ideas? Please and thank you!

You're using very outdated cIOS in slot 249 and 250. Grab the latsest D2X installer, and install Beta-52 (not 53), with IOS 57 as base. The most easy way would be to use modmii, you basically put your syscheck into it and it generates a guide for you, what you need to update and such.
