Lost sav after using "load sav file" to NOR in Ezflash Omega DE over a previously saved game, any way to recover it.

Greetings, I was going to backup my sav from my ezflash to my pc of pokemon leafgreen after playing a few weeks only on norflash, however if I understand correctly to move the sav from the fram to the saver folder, you have to press save sav file, and by mistake I pressed load sav file (and it instantly overwrote it, its the first time I did it so I expected some confirmation before it did it), and it seems like I lost my progress of these weeks (which was from 4 to 8 badges, so half the game). Is there any way/program to recover my overwritten fram save or should I just give up and replay it?
