Well some girl asked me to translate this for her (somehow). Someone left it on her myspace as a comment

hahah, well its trying to say "Hi Carmen" (Konichi Wa Karumen-chan)

but there are very obvious mistakes in it, like there should be two N's in konnichi and most people would say the character for wa is wrong. it should be こんにちは！ it was probably a honest mistake... or someone is tryin to look cool by using japanese... both
