Issues with Mega Man 9 & 10 DLC (Using vWii)

So recently ive been checking out my vWii stuff and decided to try out Mega Man 9 & 10, i wanted to get the DLC as well for a complete experience, only to find out that it doesn't work. I tried researching this issue, but none of the "solutions" worked for me. I have both wads as the same region, i tried deleting the save and game (as well as reinstalling it) and its still not working. If anyone could find a way to help me thatd be great, i have no idea whats wrong with the DLC.

Have you tried with different files?

That is, illegally obtaning the wads from other sites.

No, i mainly got them from the Mariocube lite area (from the Internet archive). I haven't used other sites due to possible security issues.
