How to mod Kirby's Return to Dream Land for Wii?

I can use Dolphin to play Kirby's Return to Dream Land with mods.

However, Dolphin can't create a ISO or WBFS that will work on the Wii console.

How do you create a ISO or WBFS with Kirby mods that will run on the Wii?

Yes, but Kirby: Revenge of Dream Land shows it is possible.

Dolphin, at least, comes with a software patch to bypass MetaFortress in this game.

Not entirely sure the anti piracy thing would detect this as ive never heard of it (game works fine on vWii for me) but you would have to replace the original files with the mod files via wii scrubber.

Iirc when doing this to nsmbw, the modded content would have to be packed into a partition to be then placed into the iso via wii scrubber.

Maybe check out nsmbw modding for further info, the partition tool name escapes me as its been a while.
