Hacking e3flasher+trueblue jb2 dongle 3.55cfw

hello i recently downgrade my 3.72 ps3 to 3.55 with e3flasher from mod store and i want to use trueblue but it says it needs its own CFW to work and e3flasher says not to use another CFW with e3 or you can get brick..


here is what Trublue dongle says;;--
Before you may use True Blue, you must first install the 3.55‐Dongle custom firmware onto your PS3. This is similar in function to the well known kmeaw CFW; however it also includes modifications which allow True Blue to operate correctly. The 3.55‐Dongle firmware updater is distributed in a file labelled “TrueBlue‐3.55‐CFW.ZIP”, and may be obtained through an internet search – once you have obtained it, please confirm the validity of the PS3UPDAT.PUP file contained within the ZIP archive by matching with one of the following hashes:

and here what e3flasher says---
++Please note after downgrade to 3.55, this 3.55 is a special CFW3.55, you can install any manager you love on this 3.55CFW!
++please note don't install any other 3.55FW after downgrade to 3.55, otherwise will have brick risk !

does anyone have any experiance with this?? if i go and just try can i unbrick with e3flasher unbrick?
