It's an infrared device rather than Bluetooth so it might not. I remember it being a useful TV remote.
I think it uses a weird custom WiFi to communicate with the console. That's what a quick Google is telling me anyway. I don't think IR supports enough data to get the video stream to the gamepad? At least not from my memory of using it to transfer songs on really old mobile phones lol.

But to answer the OP it's not something that's feasible outside of maybe using homebrew to stream to your console, and then mirror that to the gamepad. Still not sure that would support mobile though.
