Hacking BootMii not showing up at boot

Hello friends,

I successfully installed BootMii as boot2 but at boot it doesn't show up, instead the boot takes a little more time and i can see the disk led flashing blue then after a few seconds I have the normal startup screen

I followed the complete softmod guide and prepared my sd card before selecting the option.
Anyways I finally installed it as a IOS and successfully backed up my NAND, but is there any way to make it work as boot2? My wii is a first gen model so probably no compatibility issues here i'm wondering if it has something to do with signal or screen res because my tv shows no signal during the time where BootMii should show up.

Checked the .ini file and it seems correct.

Any ideas?
