Best hen fw from 6.02

I have a PS4 with ofw 6.02
I have read a lot of guides and seen youtube videos about jailbreaking ps4. Generaly I see it is recommended to stay at a low as possible, meaning 6.72. But I have also seen guides to get PSN on a jailbroken 9.00. So I am wondering if it is still best to stay as low as possible or are maybe the guides I read outdated?
Also is it possible to remote play to my jailbroken PS Vita without ofw
