Banned Switch. Is there any way that i can still download offline games on EmuNand?

Howdy. Unfortunately, i was careless, at the point that i got my V1 Switch banned. I got dumb enough just to use the SysNand, not the EmuNand. So, can i still play offline games on my EmuNand? I dont care a lot about the Online ones.

Unless youy download them directly from you pc you cant

Cartridges of course do work and all the games that you had before you got banned also work if they are offline games.
Connecting with LocalPlay like Mario Tennis or Animal Crossing does still work, even with a ban.
You won't get updates, DLC content or firmware updates.

And there are always people who decide to become a pirate *harharhar*
