Hello,

I need to convert the latest fusee.bin file to boot.dat

I am trying to work it out using Python 3 however struggling.

Via CMD as admin;

python build_boot.dat.py fusee-primary.bin

it is saying

python: can't open file 'C:\\Windows\\System32\\build_boot.dat.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Any idea? As I have put the fusee.bin file in the System32 folder.

Thanks
Craig

Why not using the sxgear boot.dat?

Hi,

First, don't use Windows\system32 as a working folder...this is not a good idea.

Then, like josete2k said, why don't you try sxgear ?

Finally, some times ago, I modified the original python script to add drag'n'drop feature, for my own needs. Maybe you can give it a try.
Just put the script and fusee in a folder (not Windows\System32 !), then drag'n'drop fusee.bin over tx_custom_boot_dragdrop.py. Done, a boot.dat should appear in the same folder.
