Homebrew Question 3DS Citra core in retroarch switch?

You make it sound like his motive is to make money from this thing - like he thinks he has some gem that nobody else can have unless you pay him. That's not how he works. He's releasing it early access for patrons precisely because it's not good enough to release widely. It will be available to...

PSX doesn't have a dynarec yet and its interpreter emulation is just outside the very edge of what switch can handle. If you want to play full speed, you must OC. Some games can run at 1.2 ghz, most at 1.5 ghz, and a few need 1.7 ghz. OC has been tested a lot at this point and it's been proven...

Sadly the switch is arm architecture. We need to wait for the author to port it.

About the same as the homebrew retroarch. You should be able to do custom textures.

Nice, I was able to solve the issue with Genesis Plus GX, so that core should be available with the next release. I will look into it. Does it do anything G-P-GX doesn't?

Shaneus can you send me the compiler options you used to build this? Or a log of the compiler output? (compiler output might be better)

the package comes with all available cores. If you want to add more, you'll need to compile it yourself.

GenPlusGX had a segfault issue in some audio driver. Perhaps a compile flag will fix it, or maybe the author of that emu might need to fix it on his end. We saw that picodrive worked so we decided to shelve it for now. It is next on my list to poke around with though.

I know for a fact shenmue is full speed. To fix some polygon glitches in that game, go into core settings, and set 'alpha sorting' to 'per-pixel' (or something like that).

Generally full speed with zero or minimal overclock (dreamcast and saturn). auto Shutdown to RCM works. Sleep mode is still being worked on.
