    Yes. I've tried almost everything- SD in, SD out, WiFi on, WiFi off, etc. When I bought it, it was in Japanese and I couldn't understand it. (I guess I kinda forgot to mention its a JPN->USA CTRTransfered 3DS - sorry about that! :P)
