ROM Hack Resources to create an "empty update" so game doesn't requst update on launch?
I used a fantranslation on a game and now it's incompatible with any update, but it still prompts to download it each boot-up. My initial thought was that since you can spoof modded-update numbers, wouldn't it be possible to just create an update that doesn't change anything but the version...- RetroEnjoyer
