Save failed on REAL Pokemon Emerald
TL;DR Genuine Emerald cartridge, dead battery, has saved fine the entire time I've had it. Last successful save was a couple days ago, and hasn't left my closed case since. No history of problems whatsoever. Failed to save today in my Game Boy Player, which hasn't had problems saving either...- scattercrash

@K3Nv2 He was looking into consoles for his house anyway (for my younger siblings and himself) and I had a spare XSX and Switch I ended up selling him at pretty steep cuts. I would just give them to him, but I did buy them with the intent to sell them... and college is super expensive. -
