Misc Bought Used Wii U, Still Has Owner Account and Parental Controls
Found fix for this Issue. Could not find the answer from any forums or anywhere on Google. Simply just called Nintendo and they walked me through how to get past Parental lock and Nintendo ID lock. Only needed to provide them the console serial number on back of console Dont remember exact...- WiiUlockfixdude
