Hey Gary, apparently there's some Wii U's that do not output picture due to their video settings being set incorrectly. Would it be possible to have UDPIE write the gamepad pin to the SD card?
It'd be nice to know if the image isn't displaying due to a hardware or software issue.
My headcanon is that Nintendo originally was trying to create linkage between the Wii U and 3DS like they did between the GBA and Gamecube.
They did to some extent (3DS eShop games show up on the Wii U eShop, the NNID's are linked, and you can use the 3DS as a controller in Smash (but not any...
I did the same. I believe I picked custom save slot but I'm not 100% on that.
Edit: It looks like they patched out using this method for 1.30 but it works for 1.20
Minor one, but the ability for WUP Installer GX2 to delete games from the install folder on the SD card after installing successfully. Or if that's not possible, maybe a homebrew application that wipes SD:/install.
Does the Tiramisu version support Power-A controllers where vendor/product ID's are both 0? It seemed to be working on an experimental build I found on the GitHub (using Haxchii) but the new version doesn't work.
Edit: Nevermind, I wasn't syncing correctly. It works now. Thank you!
You actually added support for it for one of the GitHub issues. Many (mine included) worked the same as normal pro controllers but with different product and vendor ID's (both zero)
Does the new version work with the Power A Switch Pro controllers? Thank you for the disconnect fix! Now I don't need to pull the batteries out of my Wii remotes before using it.
