    Bear in mind that that chip and clip combo may still need a wire soldered: Clicky As for bricking, just do a bit of research on games before you put them in the wii. Brickblocker and Regionfree are pretty easy to use too.

    That no reason to keep bumping over and over. I think that people should know that plenty of the clips work absolutely perfectly - like mine. Just because youve had a bad experience doesnt mean that you should continually badmouth a product when seemingly the majority are happy with it.

    I got one from techsick as well. Personally I found them a pretty good company to deal with. I had a couple of teething problems fitting the clip, but Ive been running it for almost a couple of months and its worked fine.

    Depends on the chip you get. A D2CKey for example would be totally solderless, as would the Wiikey one. The wasabi on a clip would still need a couple of wires soldered to the board.
