    yes basically but you are switching from emunand/emuMMC to Stock Nand through hekate. There is also a way to CFW Stocknand but I wouldn't bother doing this as you risk getting banned. I would recommend reading through this: https://rentry.org/SwitchHackingIsEasy

    No just set up an emunand and use piracy there with https://rentry.org/ExosphereDNSMITM this setup for the emunand. Then only play online with the stock firmware.

    This goes underneath. It is on top and causes a short when you clamp down the heat sync. Basically, without pressure, it works fine, but once you add pressure, you are pushing two contact points on the flex into the metal there, causing the short.     Send me a screenshot of your setup under the shielding. I bet something is touching the metal causing a short, I have seen this happen with those flex cables people leaving them on top of the metal rim instead of putting it under.

    Your switch is patched you will need to mod chip it in order to hack it. It is possible for you though with your firmware and a mod chip.

    I would go through this thread https://gbatemp.net/threads/sys-clk-module-not-running.614455/post-10054760 I am not sure what the issue is on your device. I did all these steps and it has worked since. I am on the latest builds of everything and 17.0.1.

    Make sure your tesla is updated as well, something must be missing or installed incorrectly if you are not seeing the sys-clk in the sysmodules menu

    Reinstall it and make sure you have /switch/.overlays/sys-clk-overlay.ovl as well. 1706550860 This is what mine looks like

    Get this https://github.com/WerWolv/ovl-sysmodules/releases/tag/v1.3.1 after you install that reboot your switch then go to tesla menu ==> sysmodules ==> wait for it to bring up the menu ==> hover over sys-clk ==> toggle autostart (y) ==>toggle start (a) ==> Reboot your switch ==> it should work...
