I kinda like the low-poly look at high-resolutions. With some games it looks bad, for sure, but I always felt like MGS scales up pretty decently, since the models are pretty much a translation in 3D of the concept arts and are so much stylized
It's fixable though with some emulators (PCSXR-PGXP for example). The only problem I have with it is that it's limited to 30 FPS, compared to the PC version\TTS which run at 60.
Not terrible, but not great in any way. Slapping MGS2 mechanics in MGS1 levels doesn't work that well; also cutscenes and voice acting are pretty... sub-par?
it works for me, but I had to delete everything I had before. I'm using only the full version of quake, without any expansions for now

Yeah I was trying to understand why it does that. I've basically 0 experience with Quake and SDL though so I was mostly exploring and reading docs. Do you guys have any clue what could cause something like that? (just curious, I'm not asking for an ETA or to fix it)
