Yeah I know the OS is not android but I remember the days of running a custom android OS and you would always get a ton of additional options and customization. Just was speculating to see if it were even possible on the Switch.
I never hacked my Ds so I’m not super familiar with the level of...
With Atmosphere is it reasonable to expect additional system options to customize the OS?
By this I mean an option to turn off the update nag, GUI modifications, etc. all locally from an additional system menu.
Try not to flame if this has already been addressed. You all know as well as I do...
No. I know it’s working but I was talking more in terms of Atmosphere and what not and the early days of Hekate. I know there are already fixes and Atmosphere won’t have an issue with it either. Just curious as to why it seemed like it was a problem to get it working correctly.
I’ve seen multiple threads about issues with sleep mode and what not. From an educational standpoint and not a complaint one. Can someone elaborate on what makes it difficult or troublesome to implement/get working? I’m genuinely curious.
I've been thinking a lot about it lately and have been wondering if this expectation of awesome CFW on 4.1/5.0 is actually worth the wait. I'm a Nintendo fan and as much as I love playing the classics (that I have legally purchased) which are now considered ROMs; I'm just not sure that it's...
Go to make a new Nintendo account and just navigate to where you want on the internet by "logging into" Facebook. You don't actually need to login juts have it launch the browser and tap the Facebook logo and log in that way. Then you can message yourself the link you want to go to if and you're...
This actually helps out a lot but I'm fairly new to encryption and have read a few rudimentary books over it. So if we had access to the encryption key is there a way to decrypt it to figure out its unlocking key, so to speak, or would that require a ton of computing power and time?
This is a question in general regarding firmware. I always noticed that a firmware is typically "signed" by the devices parent company. For example the switches firmware is signed by Nintendo, the PSP's was signed by Sony and so forth. My question is what does that exactly mean and why is it so...
Yeah no worries. I'm not super savy with this stuff beyond jailbreaking following a tutorial. The only reason I posted this is because it forced me to restart my system when it happened. And mostly because getting to the browser this was was insanely easier. Cheers and thanks for the info on how...
Not sure if this is already covered here but I remember people stating you could get to a web browser through a wifi sign in page but you can also get to the browser if you go through the new user setup and click on Facebook or Twitter. I just sent a link to Google through Facebook messages and...
