Just thought I would put this to bed. Changed downloader to Wii U Helper instead and that worked. Next issue I had was after install, games would work, then a USB error comes up loading a next level. Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
