Bit of a noob question but I just installed ReiNX but I'm on a decently small microsd (32GB). I have a 128GB on the way, and when I get it, is it safe to just drag and drop the entire SD contents from the 32GB SD (including the Nintendo folder) onto the 128GB SD?
Follow http://3ds.hacks.guide it has a section called Move emuNAND.
Boot9Strap gives us bootrom code execution (we broke the highest level of security), and emuNAND is completely unnecessary at this point in the scene. Luma3DS can still use emuNAND if you want, however. An ntrboot card is now...
I've been away from the 3DS scene as well (since dec 2017), my 3DS has been sitting on a shelf until yesterday
1. Yes, but if you REALLY like being able to run from .3ds and you have $80 lying around, get a stargate
2. Luma3DS is great, ReiSix is a great option as well. As for a CFW Entrypoint...
just pointing out... theres a stickied thread called "You don't need to remove B9S" thats right on the front page
auto
It's in Flashcards and Custom Firmwares section
It creates a second SysNand on your SD card and used to be used to have guaranteed CFW on the latest firmware. This is something you could've googled...

Also kinda offtopic but what happened to installing b9s with MSET? I remember seeing that in the 3ds.guide
Edit: again, been off the scene for a while

Does your 3DS already have hacks?
If not, dont update, go to https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(soundhax)
The guide installs some other stuff but you can delete it with fbi
