    Hmm, maybe the famicom mini stock emulator is different, it can play and switch sides FDS games. Anyway, I think Nestopia and FCEUMM needs disksys.rom to run FDS games normally (outside of retroarch) from what I remember when using them on my PC, could that be the problem?

    @Erdrick77 I just redownloaded a fresh copy of hakchi 2.12 and unzipped it into my directory overwriting all the old files and it worked. :)

    Yep without the need of the retroarch, just the stock emulator in the famicom mini. All I need to do is press a or b and it changes side automatically without retroarch.

    I have no problems changing sides in FDS games, they change sides normally.

    @Cluster Great work man! I just installed 2.12 again, my FDS issues are already fixed. :D The fonts still messed up but I can play FDS games normally again. :D Edit: The fonts are fixed, just download the updated fontfix.hmod in the github page.

    @dezign999 Unless you lose your original dumped kernel, your unit can still probably be saved. There is a factory reset mode in hakchi, use that and it should return your unit to the stock GUI with the original 30 games. Also WAIT for the red LED light to go off before you turn off your unit...

    @Cluster After some testing, I could say that all FDS games that are part of the original 30 games of the famicom mini does not work (Castlevania, Zelda 1 and 2, Metroid) but any FDS games added through hakchi works fine.

    @Cluster having font problems again, some letters/numbers come out blank. 1, 4, 9 and W as far as I see are missing. Another thing the games that run through retroarch seem to have downgraded graphics?

    @MelonGx In the kernel menu > Flash Custom kernel If you don't flash custom kernel you can't add any games. After flashing you can add games when you sync. YOu also only dump the original kernel only once! Don't dump again.

    My kids are playing the heck and enjoying 8-Bit Gaming. :) Mostly coop games like Contra, Jackal, Bubble Bobble, Rod Land, Blades of Steel.
