Homebrew What is needed to create a standalone RetroArch game link?
Ideally I would like to install a channel for a specific game so that it looks like a virtual console game. I know injecting roms is a thing but the NES palette on the Wii doesn't match up with my ideal settings (closer to firebrandx or the classic mini). It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid -

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
