    normally steelhax works after some tries... but yeah, it is just a secondary entrypoint for the homebrew channel on 3DS#2 before downgrading. so as long as you can run ninjhax, you should be fine without steelhax.

    to me it sounds like he wants to view the decrypted contents of a 3ds-file. i don't know if that's actually possible right on the console, but i think there are decrypted game-rips made to use with the citra-emulator. so one could download those to view the actual contents of a game or decrypt...
