ROM Hack Pokémon Sacred Gold & Storm Silver
In the documents for the game it says that you can obtain the remaining Hoenn starters in Pewter City from Steven, but when I go to Pewter City Steven is not there, I have beaten the elite four and just beat Lt. Surge is there more I have to do for Steven to appear in Pewter?- bombbaykds98

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
