Recovery mode makes the screens work normally, ran the update, it finished and turned off. Screens however have not turned back on after powering the system again
As title says, I turn it on and the music plays, but the screens remain off. The wireless light also turns on.
I've removed the battery, MicroSD, and game from the system multiple times. Same results.
The system isn't hacked, has been sent in for repairs before 2 or 3 times for same issue...
As described in the title, that is my current issue. I'll power it on, you can hear the theme music play, but the screens don't turn on.
The system itself isn't hacked an anyway. I have removed the battery, MicroSD and the 3DS game from the system over and over with no changes.
I have on...
It's a 2DS, the flat one, from what I recall it doesn't need the magnet.

I'll give these a go, hopefully I can figure what I did wrong at some point. I've hacked a couple of 3DS/2DSs but I certainly made a mistake in just stopping in the middle for some reason.
So I'm hacking a friend's 2DS, I've had it for a while now, and I don't remember if I just stopped during a section or not.
Helpful I know, anyway I'm certain I did the ntr flash with my original flashcard.
Despite that I couldn't boot into SafeB9SInstaller via hold Start+Select+X+Power while...
That sounds pretty sick,
Oooh so I already have this program cause of this person's other thread, but I didn't know there was this other thread that goes into different details. I'll give this a look I appreciate it.
True, you are correct that I could do that, but it's not that important to me that I do that. I'm just hacking this 2DS for funsies so was just curious if there's people out there that figured out a method of hacking for them.
I'm hacking that Hylian Shield New 2DS XL, and I'd like to add some badges that work as applications like a badge for the eShop, Settings, Miis, etc.

Strangely enough the Majora's Mask set has the Twilight Princess badges, and should I assume that the badges that act as applications aren't supported here? Was hoping to get "legit" versions of those that will actually work.
I haven't hacked the SNES Classic yet, so I was curious if after hacking it, does it still run short trailers of the games that are built into it? There's a local used game store chain where I live and they want to have a SNES Classic for customers to try out games BUT still keep playing it's...
I recently played through all three Mother games on my New3DS and on the NES emulator I took a screenshot of Mother 1 and I can't find it for the life of me. Does it a particular folder it goes in or what
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
