Boot the 3ds to Luma settings (hold start while it turn on) and turn Splash off, that should do it- NASSULY

Dw late replies are a thing :v. I can't be sure 100% but yeah progam converters tend to have trouble turning mp3 to wav ( converting mp3 to wav is uncompressing a compressed file so what happened to you it's one of the things that can happen with regular converters) I'd recommend you using...- NASSULY

I'm aware of audio crackling (as it happened to me) but not crashing outright, I doubt it's Anemone but try and reinstall it just in case. More than likely it's just the way you converted the original file that's giving the issue. What steps did you take to make the bgm?- NASSULY

wav is an uncompressed format, the file is always going to be bigger. BGM's aren't hard to make, just have to know what you're working with. The way I do them it's a bit different to this post but fair enough as its an old thread. You'll need Looping Audio Converter 1.3, Usagi 3DS theme...- NASSULY

Retroarch PSX - Threaded Video - No image/crash
I've been playing some games with the latest nightlies to test if the settings still hold and they seem to be, the only game I found that doesn't is Tekken 3 which blackscreens when loading if Threaded Video is on, but the other settings still hold so just turn it off for now as It might affect...- NASSULY

not really, as far as I know it works properly switched on, also improves cutscenes performance, just make sure to have a clean install with the default settings and change it via .cfg as doing it from retroarch can freeze the console, after doing so you can change other settings but stay away...- NASSULY

Try and set it from the retroarch.cfg instead with a txt editor, changing the menu layout size (i think it was) also ends up in blackscreen when loading a rom. I'll see if I can replicate but for now just make sure to fresh install retroarch again as the new 1.16 versions can be messy even if...- NASSULY

2DS XL ribbon latch fell off
Yeah this issue is pretty common and it happened to me aswell while taking apart my old 2DS, that connector isn't supposed to be pulled up like the other ones, the ribbon cable slides inside it. The connector in the pic is 100% peeled and won't give you a good connection again, the best fix is...- NASSULY

Homebrew DaedalusX64 3DS compatibility thread. (unofficial)
I'm trying both Stadium 1 and 2. With the 0.4 beta both crashed after menu, 1 crashed right on the first screen while 2 crashed once you chose a menu option. Now both seem to run, loading screen lags out on both but in battles it runs at 20-30 fps so it's pretty playable, the main issue I found...- NASSULY
