Homebrew [WIP] List of known bricks due to an attempt to downgrade to 9.2.
Was on 9.9.0.26U and got to the reboot in 10 seconds. It never rebooted. Did a hard reset and now it's just a black screen. Recovery doesn't work and removed SD card as well.- PanthaPanda

Hacking {{N3ds users ONLY}} post your results if you are going to downgrade.
So what are my options guys? I'm out of warranty I believe and I bought the system on eBay. Don't have a problem buying another 3DS but just want to know if I can do anything else with it lol.- PanthaPanda

I'm guessing I'm screwed. I was able to successfully downgrade according to the installer but it did not reboot by itself. Now I just have a black screen on reboot with/without SD Card and can't get into recovery. Was on 9.9.0.26U :( and got it thru MenuHax.- PanthaPanda

The problem with X party blocked X bill that would have prevented X is that yes the bill probably would have worked great, buuuttt they put XYZDCBG in said bill as an attempt to sneak things in that tend to be completely unrelated to the original bills intent. It sucks because if they would just do a single thing they could probably get something done...
