Homebrew RXTools Emunand - Safe to play online with nonlegit CIA's?
Just googled for the private header thing but i saw that CIA's dont need private headers. Is it still like this? I thought only legit CIA's are safe. Homebrew Installing CIA creates the App + a black symbol at the Home Menu.
