    So my friend has a New 2DS XL on the latest firmware with Luma 3DS. Everything works, but when he opens opens Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, the game crashes after the Nintendo 3DS loading screen. Here's what it appears on the 2DS: Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry about that... Well... I contacted Nintendo directly by email. They told me that I have to call them with my console ready to see if they can figure out what's happening. My guess is that they locked out my Switch from the Eshop for security reasons. I will try to call them soon.
