I used wiiu usb helper to download my 3ds games but it downloaded the game in the .app format so How do I convert the .app file to a cia so I can install it on my 3ds? Or is there another way to install the game with the 00000002.app files and tik files? Thank you- Choquette

Hacking No internet access (A9lh + aureinand)
I followed PLailect tut to get arm9loaderhax with aureinand on sysnand. But now I can't connect to the internet but when I use the Ds connection it connects! What could cause that? I used 0004013820000202_n3DSPatchedAGBNostalgia,cia (dsi ware) and HomeMenu-U-10.6-patched.cia (region-free patch)...- Choquette

If just for PC I would recommend an external hard drive like 2 TB and just build your own bootable drive -

Although even if it's the steam deck and a 1TB MicroSD I would still recommend building it yourself.... Almost all the builds I tried just sucked
